Tips To Have A Healthy Beautiful Skin At Any Age

Drink plenty of water to cleanse your body. Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol, tea and coffee, energy drinks and sugary juices. This will keep your skin fresh and clear and ensure that all parts of your body are working optimally.

Do at least 15 minutes of light to moderate exercise every day. Make sure you sweat it out. Then shower and gently exfoliate your entire body with a sponge brush or glove. This exercise improves circulation and skin tone.

Gentle skin cleansing is an important part of achieving clear, healthy skin, so make sure you wash your face twice a day according to your age and skin type. Teenagers and those with oily skin should wash their face with a mild, natural soap and then apply an oil-free moisturizer such as aloe gel. Maintain a good environment for your skin. If you smoke, stop smoking. Don't let others smoke in the house. Use a humidifier to keep the humidity in your house at a reasonable level. Avoid exposing your skin to extreme environmental temperatures, both hot and cold.
